Return & Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products under the following categories:
- Apparel, accessories, footwear, innerwear & sunglasses & watches (analog & digital)
- Hair care accessories, oils & spa, creative & educational items
- Bags & backpacks, luggage & trolley, handbags, wallets, belts, travel accessories
- Home furnishings (Rugs, carpets, curtains, cushions, blankets, bedsheets, etc.)
- Jewelry (Bracelets, chains, earrings, silver articles, traditional sets, etc.)
- Winter wear (Jackets, coats, sweaters, hoodies, etc.)
- Sarees, dress materials, shawls & wraps
- Toys & baby care (if applicable under lifestyle)
2. Return Period
Most Fashion & Lifestyle Products can be returned within 07 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, with original tags, and in saleable condition.
Note: Innerwear, intimates, socks, and stockings are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Conditions for Returns / Exchange
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All price tags, brand labels, original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be intact.
- No stains, odor, damage from wear, misuse, or handling by buyer.
- For jewelry/watches, serial numbers or identifying marks must match what was delivered.
- If part of a set, the entire set must be returned.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Innerwear, hosiery, socks, stockings
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
- Products with hygiene concerns unless damaged or defective
- Items altered after delivery
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Log in to your account → Go to My Orders → Select the Product → Choose Return / Exchange.
- Select reason for return or exchange.
- Provide supporting images where applicable.
- Arrange for pickup or drop off as per instructions.
6. Pickup / Shipping of Returned Items
We use reverse-logistics partners for pickup. In areas where pickup isn’t available, you may need to self-ship. Shipping cost may be reimbursed based on reason for return.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes a quality check. The refund is processed to the original payment method or store credit. It may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
8. Exchange Process
Exchanges are possible for size, color, or style changes (subject to availability). The same conditions as returns apply.
9. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
10. Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
Report immediately upon delivery with images. We will replace, exchange, or refund as per the issue.
11. Additional Notes
- Shipping costs for returns may be deducted, waived, or reimbursed depending on the nature of the return.
- Refunds do not usually include original shipping charges unless the product was defective.
- Products returned without accessories or in unacceptable condition may be rejected or partially refunded.
- Policy is subject to change with notice.
