Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your pin code and product availability.
• Remote area deliveries may take slightly longer.
• You can track your order anytime from the Track Order page.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (or as per offer).
• For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
• COD orders may include a small additional handling charge.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available for most pin codes.
• COD limits may apply (e.g., max ₹2,000 per order).

5. Multiple Shipments

• If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
• You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

6. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India (international shipping will be added soon).

7. Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier strikes, etc.).
• In such cases, we will keep you informed via email/WhatsApp.

8. Order Not Delivered

• If you do not receive your order by the expected date, contact our support team with your order ID.
